Jenny Johnson, MSPT, FMCHC, NBC-HWC
Jenny is a Physical Therapist and National Board-Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach who specializes in equipping CIRS patients with the tools, emotional support and practical information that will help to cultivate the conditions for whole-person healing and resilience.
Jenny earned a B.S. in Biology from Duke University and an M.S. in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado. In addition, she has formal training and certifications in the Shoemaker Protocol (Proficiency Partner since 2019), Functional Nutrition for Chronic Pain, Transformational Life Coaching, HeartMath, the Safe and Sound Protocol, the Bredesen Protocol for Prevention and Reversal of Cognitive Decline, Breathing for Energy, and the Biology of Trauma. Jenny is a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association (CMDA).
Jenny’s professional background, combined with her family’s personal experiences with CIRS, Autoimmune Disease, Lyme Disease and Alzheimer’s Disease, have afforded an appreciation for chronic illnesses that is both broad and deep. Jenny is the founder of Simplified Wellness Designs, LLC based in Colorado Springs. She serves clients worldwide as a coach, consultant, educator, support group facilitator and public speaker in the field of overcoming environmental illness by enhancing the health of our inner and outer terrains. Jenny’s compassionate partnership empowers her clients to minimize overwhelm, maximize hope, and transform seasons of great challenge into invitations for enhanced personal growth, faith, resilience, and wellspan.
